Opportunity for Senior Advisor - Cost Control / Quantity Surveying MRICS (Toronto, ON) CANADA
Senior Advisor supporting Vice-President (Cost Consulting). This role will offer you a clear path to Management and Director role.
The client is a leading international Cost and Project Consulting practice. Working with National clients in the Technology, Sports and Higher Education sectors.
Candidate must be in Canada and eligible #recruitment to work in Canada.
The role will cover;
Estimating/Cost planning at all project milestones from Feasibility Stage through to Construction Documents, value management / engineering reviews, Construction oversight of commercial activity reporting and coordination of a commercial aspects, to internal, client, peer and stakeholder groups.
Review, negotiation and settlement of interim and final account payment applications
Document control, contract administration, and owner liaison
Qualified Quantity Surveyor. Degree and Chartership.
