You will have proven experience in the delivery of large-scale residential development projects within Greater London and will be acting in a leadership role already and your style will be one where you inspire and empower your staff to achieve great things. You will be able to balance the need to drive performance with the empathy and patience required to develop and grow your team.
It is essential that you are comfortable with taking an active, lead role in business development. You will be required to demonstrate that you have the ambition to develop your already strong network and that you have the desire to become the external face for their residential offering.
The London and South East region deliver services across a range of sectors and residential comprises their strongest sector.
