We are searching for a very specific candidate for a high-profile senior management role within a global hospitality group
This role will be based from London but will cover multiple international markets and concepts.
We are looking for someone who has been a senior figurehead for a large and diverse team of chefs, look at food trends and concepts, work with supply chain and partners as well as looking at training, operations, innovation and everything else related to food. We are looking for someone who has operated at a similar level within a large prestigious International group.
There will be substantial international travel with this role.
