·        Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Civil Engineering or M. Eng in Civil Engineering
·        Has 25 years in heavy civil engineer in a number of countries
·        Has 15-20 years in Hydropower and Dams and Contracts Management of Construction Projects
·        Has 15 years in Contracts and Claims in hydropower and dams including 2 projects over 200MW
·        Has 8 years specific experience of handling contracts/claims of large dam / hydropower projects as Contracts / Claims chief or expert
·        Has Fluency in the FIDIC Red and/or Pink Book
 
 
Other Information: Pakistan, 24 Months, 15k to 18K USD per month
