£110,000 - £130,000 plus package
Privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm has an exciting requirement for a Cost & Commercial Manager to be based in London with projects throughout Europe.
Ideally MRICS you will likely have a minimum of ten years’ experience as an estimator involved with a major general contractor as well as experience with a PQS or a developer across residential, commercial office, industrial & hotels.
Willingness to travel to their European locations regularly and occasionally to the USA, to work with the broader Group is required. Knowledge of other European Markets (and languages) as well as UK – including local procurement and contract differences ideally.
