We are looking for Building Mechanical & HVAC Supervisor to one of the leading Oil Projects.

Requirements:

· Participate and support in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and turnover of plant
· facilities
· Ensure that all Project contractors / sub-contractors implement the project standards
· Monitor and Inspection of Construction operations to ensure compliance with design documents.
· Review and make recommendations on construction methodology and procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, as well has to understand below listed activities:
o Air cooled and sea water cooled chillers
o AHU and FAHU, CRACs and CRAHs
o Fan coils, Fire Fighting pumps (Diesel, electric and jockey pumps)
o Passive fire protection system
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC
