Requirements:

- University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Relevant experience in construction/modernization of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects large refinery plants
- Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size
- 5 years of relevant field experience
- Experience working on the Contractor side
- Fluent English

Responsibilities:

- To develop the detailed commissioning procedures
- To field check & prepare relevant Commissioning punch list
- To assure that all Electrical, Instrumentation, Process/Operation, Mechanical, &Utilities Area (Nitrogen Generation, Air Dryers, Tank Farms, Water Treatment) works are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures & in conformity with the safety rules
- To organize & manage the Sub-Contractor works following the working & safety procedures
- Support the Vendor specialists in the execution of the job & coordinate their actions with the Commissioning supervisors
Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists & ensure their efficient utilization
- To keep records of all activities in the logbook

·        Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements;
·        Implements procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money;

Main Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years of Supervisory experience);
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of procurement operations (contract management, biding and tendering, logistics (international, custom clearance);
