Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 3 years demonstrable post-graduate experience
- Overseas experience, the middle east experience is highly preferable
- Having excellent excel skills is a must
- Basic Oracle P6 skills are an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Familiar with reporting and data analysis
- Good knowledge of:
o Contract structure
o Progress billing and interim payment certification
o Cost control
o Measurement methods and surveying
- Knowledge of construction methods and logic, in particular, infrastructure, earthworks and pavement works are an advantage
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Highly self-motivated
- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering
• 10+ years engineering experience for power plant / industrial design projects in management role
• Strong technical background in an engineering contracting environment. The understanding of the technical requirements of the project and guiding to apply this into the project
• Must have general knowledge in all disciplines related to design
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Flexible, analytic, quality driven and able to function independently but also in a project team
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as an interface between the field execution department and Engineering Consultant / Company
• Play an active role in the development and completion of Engineering team
• Responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of engineering and design team (in house or / subcontactor) assigned to the project
• Lead & coordinate design teams Communication with project management, subcontractors, client according to the project needs
