As TL you should have been involved in at least two (2) Load Dispatch Centre projects and managed successfully power system installation projects (construction, reinforcement or rehabilitation) of a similar size and complexity as project manager.

The Engineer shall have previous experience in procurement, engineering, business administration; knowledge of international organizations/agencies; previous work experience in projects financed by international financial organizations. The Engineer should be well versed with AFD’s procurement guidelines.

Essentials below:

- Full time on site 18 months (during implementation period)
- MSc or higher
- Good SCADA & PM experience
- Starting time: As soon as approved by the client
- Budget for remuneration: 10-12 k EUR per month
