As Site Manager you should have:

* 15+ years of experience in construction of Hydro Power Plants or similar (technical experience, contract management experience, planning)

* Background Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

*Canadian citizen or Canadian work permit in hand.


Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Till end of 2025.

Employment: Permanent contract not freelance)

Salary: Negotiable

Yönetici Mimar için aranan özellikler: İsviçre’de yürütmekte olduğumuz inşaat projelerinde , proje geliştirme, realizasyon planlarının hazırlanması, satış dosyaların hazırlanması konularında A-Z ye İsviçre’deki bir mimarlık ofisi gibi çalışıp projeleri oluşturup takip edecek bir ekibi kurup yönetecek kapasiteye sahip 45 yaş ve üzerinde en az 10 yıllık yöneticilik tecrübesi olan, çok iyi derecede Fransızca bilen (İngilizce ikinci dil olarak tercih) bir yönetici mimar arıyoruz. İsviçre’de bir kaç ay eğitim süreci olacaktır. Yazılım, AutoCad, konularında üst seviye uzmanlık derecesi ve ayrıca ArchiCad, MS Project yazılımını da bilme ve verimli bir şekilde kullanabilme gereklidir.

2. Desinatör Mimar için aranan özellikler: 10 yıllık tecrübe,Autocad programını çok iyi derecede kullanma,Realisation çizimlerini Autcad programı ile çok derece çizebilen,35 yaş üzeri, İyi derecede İngilizce veya Fransızca dil bilgisi.

Responsibilities:

·        Develops a centralized procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organization;
·        Discovers profitable suppliers and initiates procurement partnerships;
·        Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements;
·        Implements procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money;
·        Provides periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
 
Main Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years of Supervisory experience);
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of procurement operations (contract management, biding and tendering, logistics (international, custom clearance);
